Happy 🦃 day,
Here's another microdose of things I enjoyed this week--written by me, Raad—CEO of LawTrades.
1/ A paid newsletter I launched 👩🏽🚀
6 Things Thursday has a new home on substack called Space Cult. This is actually the first email I’m sending from the new platform, so if you’re reading this then you’re part of the 2% of subscribers that made the cut (👏🏼🍾). Space Cult consists of short compelling ideas that help you find the space between you and your thoughts. 6 Things Thursday stays free, while three Daily Updates a week are for paid subscribers only.
Updates consist of private discourses, posting comments and discussing books with likeminded people, music to narrow your focus, detailed notes from books I’ve read, and a subscriber-only podcast.

2/ Pants I’m enjoying 🐐
Cashmere is eight times warmer than sheep’s wool, but it comes at a price. Naadam, a NYC-based cashmere startup works directly with Mongolian goat herders so customers pay 50% less and the company pays herders 50% more. Their material is exquisite — thick, lightweight, and now the softest thing in my closet. Plus, since Naadam uses cashmere fibers that are 30% longer than regular cashmere and rarely break or pill at the surface.
3/ A book I’m finishing 🧘♀️
Siddhartha (free kindle download)
This classic novel shows us that the best way to understand life is not through intellectual methods, nor pleasures of the world and it’s inevitable accompanying pain; rather it’s the totality of conscious experiences in a human life that allows someone to attain enlightenment.
4. A tweetstorm I read 🥈
5. A product I discovered
Wave
It’s a subscription-based app and vibrating pillow ($199 for the kit) that create a more stimulating guided-meditation experience. The idea is to experience a multisensory meditation by feeling musical vibrations while working through a mindfulness exercise.
6. A quote I'm pondering
“To achieve great things, two things are needed: a plan, and not quite enough time.” — Leonard Bernstein
