To practice the balancing breath technique, press your right nostril closed with your thumb and exhale completely through your left nostril.
Then inhale with your left nostril and close your left nostril with your ring finger.
Release your thumb from your right nostril and exhale completely through your right nostril.
Then inhale completely through your right nostril.
Rinse and repeat this pattern for 10-15 minutes.
Do this fast if you need energy or slow if you need to relax.
